Instant Pot White Chicken Chili is hands down one of my favorite instant pot recipes of all time. And that’s saying a lot! I love to make this right around the time when the weather starts cooling down, and especially during football season! It’s so incredibly simple to make, with just some chicken breast, a can of corn, a can of diced green chiles, a few cans of beans, and some broth. You probably have most of these ingredients in your pantry already!

How to Make Instant Pot White Chicken Chili Healthier

White chicken chili sounds pretty healthy, but honestly it can get better. If you want to lower the calories for this recipe, omit the cheese altogether. Also, cut the amount of white beans down, and add extra vegetables instead. You can add zucchini, turnips, or broccoli to your chili!
